In collaboration with Drs. Alcino Silva, Wei Wang (UCLA) and Frederick Eberhardt (Caltech). ResearchMaps is a freely available web application, which encodes causal biological information in a graph-based a machine interpretable format. Each graph can represent empirical or hypothetical causal statements reported in biological literature. Translational researchers can use our software’s graph-based interface to aggregate and interpret results from multiple experiments trials.


Medical Imaging Benchmarks

Part of the Center for Domain Specific Computing. The medical image processing pipeline is a suite of common algorithms used in the analysis of medical images. The purpose is to provide benchmarks for accelerating these algorithms. Algorithms include image reconstruction, denoising, registration, segmentation, and detection. We have applied these algorithms for the task of low-dose lung nodule detection as the driving application.
